Now i talk about one of my client,my client purchase the small incubators from us.
And the goods make me very very tired,the client talk with the payment terms, then we accept,But this payment the transport fee is very high, and the client delivery the goods to other country, this for us is very disadvantage,so i insist on did not use it, they change the other payment methods.the client has some questions.
At last we delivery small incubators to china port, Thursday the ship will leave china, but Tuesday the shipping forward tell me need the CTN Number(must need it),That make me very very angry.So have a good shipping forward is very important, then i begin to contact my client to tell him about it.I also contact china CTN .but this tell me the country did not need the CTN .I feel very confused, then i tell the forwards about this, but they also insist on need it.I tell the shipping forward, Small incubators we did not delivery it,i think this time the shipping agent also anxious,then they contact the transport agent,but the agent tell us did not the CTN,i think communicate is very important.Disappointed for the shipping agent.
Every time the client let me to check where are small incubators now.I asked the shipping agent,he is perfunctory me.We did not use the shipping agent to delivery any goods.
